How Can I Sell My Old Vinyl Records?

Get in contact and tell us about your collection. The more information you can provide, the better, but we're mainly looking for:

  • How many records
  • Condition of records and sleeves
  • Artists/Albums/Genre
  • Photos (optional but helpful)

For large collections, just send a few photos and estimate the quantity - we understand you may not have time to catalogue everything.

What Records Are We Looking For?

We buy records from all eras and genres (1950s to today):

What We Don't Buy

Collections that only include:

  • Damaged or poor condition records
  • Easy listening and budget compilations (Herb Alpert, Kamahl, Perry Como, Mantovani, James Last, Engelbert Humperdinck etc.)
  • Reader's Digest compilations
  • Overproduced/budget classical records
  • 78rpm records

How much are my vinyl records worth?

Original pressings can range from $5 to many thousands of dollars for rare or special editions.

It’s important to note that this is retail value, not wholesale value, which is how record stores operate when buying collections. Once we purchase records, they need to be cleaned, graded, tested, processed, and we take on the risk of any defects. As a business, we need to cover costs for staff, rent, and operations while still offering you a fair price. As a bricks-and-mortar record store, our offers reflect fair market value while allowing us to cover these costs.
