The album opens with the infectious and energetic "One Week," which became the band's biggest hit, reaching number one on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. The song is characterized by its rapid-fire, tongue-twisting lyrics delivered by Ed Robertson, and its catchy chorus sung by Steven Page. "One Week" is a quintessential example of the band's quirky and humorous style, blending pop rock with elements of hip-hop and alternative rock.
Following "One Week," the album continues with "It's All Been Done," a power pop track that showcases the band's knack for crafting memorable melodies and harmonies. The song's upbeat tempo and sing-along chorus make it a standout track on the album.

"Call and Answer" is a poignant ballad that features a duet between Steven Page and Ed Robertson. The song's heartfelt lyrics and beautiful harmonies make it one of the most emotionally resonant tracks on the album.
"In the Car" is a playful and nostalgic song that reminisces about teenage experiences and the freedom of youth. The track's catchy melody and relatable lyrics make it a fan favorite.
