Released in 1989, this album solidified Pop Will Eat Itself's place in the music scene and remains a significant milestone in their discography.

From the opening track, "Ich bin ein Ausländer," it becomes evident that Pop Will Eat Itself is not afraid to experiment with different genres and push boundaries. The song's infectious blend of electronic beats, distorted guitars, and politically charged lyrics sets the tone for the rest of the album.
